Our consultative process starts when you fill out our scheduling form on our homepage. This allows us to research IAPD before your call, so we can be more efficient with your time. During your call, we will start our discussion by asking, “What do you want to learn from this chat?” Then we will go through a number of questions to help us get to know you.
During this chat you may also have a number of questions, which we are happy to discuss. At the end of the call, there are a couple of different routes we may go. You may want a review or to look into a specific insurance need. If you have a specific insurance need, we will discuss with you how we can help and what that process looks like. If you want a review, we will share with you how that process works. In any case, the goal we are looking to achieve by the end of the call is to give you the information you need to be able to take your next step.

Chad Ramberg has over 12 years of experience in management, including GM/Director and Controller positions.
Chad spent the first decades of his career in leadership positions on the claims side of insurance services. When that season of his career was wrapping up, he decided to use his financial acumen to become a Registered Investment Advisor. He worked as an advisor just long enough to gain a healthy respect for the day-to-day challenges you face everyday. Shifting gears a bit, Chad found he could add more value to the financial services community by being an insurance advisor to advisors. Now Chad is blessed with getting to talk with advisors across the country, meeting their needs so they can focus on what they do best.
When Chad is not working, you may find him experiencing the great outdoors. With his family he may be camping, hiking or riding through the mountains.
